About Us

Our vision
“Only if we understand, will we care. Only if we care, will we help. Only if we help, shall all be saved.” — Jane Goodall
Our mission

To make caring for chickens accessible through safe, educational and enjoyable rental experiences, while promoting animal welfare, food education, and sustainable living.

The future we want

More than 1 in 10 households in Tokyo to own chickens. We envision a future where chickens become a familiar part of urban life. Our goal is for more people to recognise that chickens are not only livestock, but living lives capable of enriching our daily lives. By making chicken keeping more accessible, we hope to inspire a deeper appreciation for welfare, food systems, and our connection with nature.

Animal Welfare

The well-being of our chickens always comes first.

Respect for Food

Understanding where our food comes from helps us appreciate every meal.

Community Connection

We believe shared experiences with animals bring people together.

Sustainability

Small everyday actions can create a more sustainable future.

Farm Your Apartment

Chicken Rental Service was created to bring people closer to animals, food, and nature through everyday experiences. Today, many people have never cared for a farm animal or thought about where their eggs come from. Keeping chickens may seem difficult or intimidating, and many simply don't know where to begin. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience life with chickens. Even a short time spent caring for chickens can spark curiosity, strengthen family connections, encourage responsibility, and create unforgettable memories. Through these experiences, we hope people will see chickens not only as livestock, but also as living companions deserving of care and respect.
